Our cancellation policy is strict however 48 hours prior to check-in we always try our best to help those that have booked direct . Any cancellations made after that time will result in a one night's stay charge.

We do not offer room service at Four acres farm. However, we have many local restaurants that deliver breakfast, lunch and dinner right to our huts door.
